"Nice amenities in room"

"A lovely hotel in a wonderful area. Be aware that there’s no elevator so you have to be in shape to walk up to the fourth floor. The staff is wonderful and there’s a great café attached."

"The room is nicely decorated and with full size kitchen. Air conditioning is quiet and works fine. The bed is comfortable."

"The staff a the Holiday Inn (Gaia Residence) were helpful and communicative during the check in process. The room is spacious. It had a full size fridge and electric cooktop, microwave and sink. The room and all of the spaces were clean. The room is older but bit worn and so that made it great value. The breakfast is not included however that can be be paid for at the host station with a credit card. Parking is free with some of the limited spaces out front but they do have elevator access...

"Loved the location. Spacious clean room, great views. Would book there again. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was relaxing and tasty."

"Great location. Close to a great grocery store, Froiz and various restaurants. The room was very clean. Trash was emptied every day :). The maintenance was good and took care of the air conditioning. Only reason for less than 5 star was the shower drainage was slow. My shower was very short to prevent bathroom flooding. Maybe no one has reported the issue. I would recommend this place. Good value!!"

"Superbe appartement, propre, avec tout le nécessaire. Proche de tout à pieds. Le stationnement et la terrasse sont un gros plus. L'accueil et toutes les explications de Jeronimo ont été très appréciés. Je recommande sans hésitation."

"Superb view, location, and amenities. Clean room with full kitchen. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfortable."

"Catia & Lamartine were exceptional receptionist! Very kind & helpful. Vivian was an AMAZING housekeeper! Very proficient and sweet. The property was very safe & in an excellent location. Close to several restaurants & grocery stores. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I will definitely return."

"Studio rdc bien aménagé avec quelques marches pour acceder à une chambre en mezzanine et quelques marches vers cuisine et salle d'eau. Spacieux. "
