The place is older and could use some upkeep and updating to improve appearance. The bed felt clean and was comfortable. The shower worked well. The staff person was helpful but kept the office door locked requiring ringing the door bell each time for access. No breakfast but granola bars and instant coffee offered. AC worked good. This place was OK if you’re on a budget.

I stayed at this place, it was an alright experience if you just need a roof over your head for the night. The room was clean. The air conditioner was very loud. "Breakfast included" means you have a coffee maker in your room and they probably have some grain bars. So if you count on real breakfast, you better head somewhere.

Rooms are out dated, carpets in my room weren't the best, beds were comfortable, they advertise breakfast, but the ONLY thing they offered was a granola bar and coffee with no milk or cream, just those nasty creamer powder packets you get with the room coffee everywhere else..

A place to sleep after driving all day.

The room was clean. The AC was not on when we got to the room. The room was hot. So it took a while to cool down. The shower tub did not drain good so it collected in the shower tub.

Wasn't worth the money! I was traveling from the southwest and I needed a place to stay, I chose this place because it was a good stopping place on my trip. I chose it also because it said that it had a continental breakfast- which was just a breakfast in a bag, SUPER disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The room was very outdated and the place seemed a bit run down. Do yourself a favor and dont stay here!

Well I had to leave a damage deposit, they said they were putting a hold on my credit card and in the morning after I checked out they would return it. They also tell you that when you leave don’t come to the front desk just leave the key on the desk and open the curtains,.They still have not taken the hold off my credit card. Upon entering my room it looked pretty clean, so you can imagine how horrified I was when I was in the shower and when I looked up there was a dirty wash cloth hanging over the shower bar. Of course there was no one at the front desk when I left, so I could not say anything.

The pictures in the listing DO NOT match the actual hotel. When we walked into our room, it smelled strongly of cleaning chemicals, yet the place still felt unclean. The carpet was stained in several places and torn right by the door, the one soft chair in the room was dirty and ragged, and the weatherstripping was pulled away from the doorframe. Water in both the sink and the tub drained very slowly. Towels were ragged and holey. The hotel listing promises breakfast, but none was provided--not even the to-go breakfast other reviews mentioned. We were basically told not to bother the manager in the morning, just leave our key in the room and throw the drapes open when we left. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Absolutely did not live up to the expectations I had for Windham property.

Drive 15 minutes to stay in Sayre!!!

I'd never stay here again. The rooms are dirty. The linens have stains and beds do too. The floor is really dirty and hasn't been vacuumed. There's tags on the ground all over from trash people have left which means the floors have obviously not been cleaned. We had a huge bug in the bed I've never seen it before but managed to kill it. The rooms were super hot inside from having the heaters on full blast which gives out an old antique store smell. The staff clearly does not confirm, receive, or process Hotels.com reservations charging travelers twice for the same room and changing the amounts of surcharge. I don't know what scheme they're running but it's better to drive 15 minutes down the road to AmericInn by Wyndham Sayre, which offers free breakfast, clean rooms, and good service along with other amenities.
