"The hotel and room were always super clean, the staff was nice and Thanos was really accomodating. The only little detail is that for most of our stay we couldnt use the A/C even though we asked if it could be turned on but there was some policy regarding the time of the year we went on but our room would get 25-26 celsius so it was still pretty hot and if we opened the windows we could hear a lot of the noise from the outside. Other than that, yes, the area is "rough" looking but if you lived in a urban city like Montreal nothing will probably surprise you and we never felt unsafe. The location is good and its near a bunch of attractions and even taking a taxi wouldnt be crazy expensive."
