"The pool and hot tub were out of service. When we walked into our room the whole AC unit was not working and we let the staff know and she was very rude, she insisted that it was working prior to us getting there. We asked for extra blanket since the room was cold and we never received them. There was trash behind the beds and underneath the sink. There was only one trash can for the entire room. There were holes in a wall and a door. It smelt like urine. We asked for the room to be recleaned, and she commented that they didn't have housekeeping at the time of day but will see what she could do and nothing was done. "

"Better than expected for the price. Very convenient to the highway and a solids night sleep for quick pass thru SLC. Breakfast very poor. No protein except disgusting breakfast sausage. Could use at least hard boiled eggs or cheese sticks and yogurt."

"Got in around 6pm for a 6am flight the next day. Sat down in the lobby and ordered door dash for my daughter and then we ordered from the on site restaurant (that is not separate from the lobby.) Before our food came out the restaurant manager? came over, without telling our server, and told us we needed to move because we couldn’t have outside food in the lobby/restaurant. We move six feet and got our “restaurant” food to go. He was so rude. Tipped our waitress well because she had no idea what was going on and was so apologetic. I had already been staying at more Marriott’s. Probably will be the last Hilton stay for us. Conversations are important."
