But offer a beauty room same floor for hairdryer. 10 lbs for delivery to your room Overall staff are nice . Good location. I paid extra for early check in and late check out. Extra 90 lbs Baggage fee is 15 lbs per bag cheaper than doing storage"

"What a disappointing hotel. When I booked on hotels.com it looked a rather nice property and when I got there it was a 1970s building with the matching interior that's dated. The room has damaged/ worn furniture and the bathroom was very dirty. Also the hotel stairways stank of blocked toilets . The breakfast was not as described or shown.. sausages not nice and the no hash browns and not enough cereals for children. Staff don't know how to clean and if they are investing in a refit program they need to train the staff to clean properly. "
