The Homestead Rental is conveniently located just up a side street from the
harbor in the historic center of the Village of Ephraim. A welcome basket of goodies awaits your arrival.
The three bedroom ranch style home
sleeps up to 6 people including infants & children in the count and has a view of Eagle Harbor from the front picture window and front patio. Each bedroom has a Queen Bed.
There is a full bath with walk-in shower and a half bath. Towels & bed linens are provided and beds are made for you.
The Kitchen includes a flat top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave,
10-12 cup coffee maker, crock-pot, plates, cups, glasses, silverware and cookware. The compact washer/dryer is off the kitchen. We provide 4 pods/4 dryer sheets.
Living room has flat screen smart ROKU TV, a TV stand with electric fireplace, couch, chairs, and games.
The Homestead includes WIFI.
There is a bike rack outside (bring your lock) and only 2 parking spots. Sorry, no parking for trailers of any size. Front outside patio includes chairs, table and gas grill. No outdoor fire pit, open flame are allowed in the yard & patio.
Front yard use only.
You may use the dock across from Water Street Inn for watching beautiful sunsets, sunbathing and just relaxing. You may also use the outdoor heated pool across the street at Water Street Inn, but need to bring your own towels.
It is just a short walk to the family friendly Ephraim Public Beach or to historic Wilson's Ice Cream Parlor.

From mid-June through August, we rent weekly, Saturday to Saturday. Spring and Fall we have a 3 night minimum. Sometimes there are rare 2 night stays. Check the calendar or email: homestead3037rental@gmail.com.
A Ring Camera faces the parking area and front yard to keep you safe. The furnace with central air conditioning will help in any weather.

We will send a code for you to get in the front door of the Homestead Rental the week before you arrive.
Quiet hours: 10pm-7am

The Homestead Rental house and grounds are non-smoking and no pets.
