"Very nice, everything was brand new, lots of nature. Nature lovers this is your place. Had a deer with triplets in the front yard one evening. If you are looking for a place to get away from it all, you will love this place."
"We have stayed at many VRBO's and have never found one as clean and well-cared for as this one. Cozy historic home - super cute but with everything you need - comfortable beds, great shower with lots of hot water, excellent appliances, large TV with lots of streaming choices, well-stocked kitchen, good washer/dryer. Host is super responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the beach at Lake Lincoln in the nearby state park (15 mins) and the shops on the Main Street (historic buildings). Walmart was very close so shopping was convenient too. Truly an excellent week and we will absolutely return. Thank you!"
"Great experience! Super cute and comfortable. It was a perfect location and had everything we needed. Love the shower in the primary bathroom and the game space downstairs. Would definitely recommend!"
"Decent place for the money. Nothing fancy, but we got exactly what we paid for. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly, rooms were fair and good enough for a nights rest."
"The host was genuinely caring and quite personable. She herself detected that something was suffering from the summer heat, dust, and critters and immediately ensured someone promptly showed up to thoroughly clean. It was a grand and spacious old house that they are working hard to fully restore to its prior family-warm grandeur. It was neat to literally walk back through differing eras. If you love touching and tactilely experiencing history, this is definitely the place to experience it all the way back to the early 1900s."
