"Very close to a hospital which was good for my handicapped wife. It was easy to get to the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay."

"This was perfect for me and my 10 year old. We needed a place to stay and nothing extravagant since we would not be using it during the day. It had the basic amenities, was clean and the AC worked good. The noise from the fish market did not bother us since we had a white noise machine. The area is one that is a mix of older homes, homes that have been renovated and there were some new ones being built. We never felt uncomfortable especially since the place has a fenced in courtyard that made...

"It was comfortable and we had no issues at all."

"Very modest older home, but had everything we needed. Nice location right across the bay from a park with a great walking trail. Just a couple of miles to I-110, so there is easy access to head north towards I-10 or south towards Gulf Breeze and the beaches. Somewhat in the flight path of planes going toward the airport, but that really didn't bother us. This is not a fancy place, but it is adequate and, for the price, it is worth it."

"Location is just perfect close to downtown nice stores and restaurants"

"It was a nice little place for me and my husband. We really enjoyed ourselves while there. We were buying a house so didn’t get to really enjoy all the area had to offer. Very close to Gulf Breeze and very easy to get from one place to the other."

"It could use a new rug in front room. It was a shaggy rug interesting to walk on. Fan was dirty. Has 3 window air units could use a clean. Musty like one of the other reviews if you have allergies I would not recommend. Bed is a little soft and you roll to center. I expected old/rustic and it is just that. It was fine and an adventure for two night."

"We enjoyed the cottage! Location was great! When we arrived the previous guest trash was still in the kitchen! Found lots of long hairs in various places!! Including bed! We washed sheets and put them back on bed!"

"it had a comfortable bed. Shower was nice. Didn't like the different levels of floor."

"Amazing space! More than meets than eye! Good for solo travelers and couples too! "

"The house was absolutely perfect! So well done both functionality wise as well as decor. It was close to NAS Pensacola which was huge for us! Would 100% recommend!"
