"We were giving the room when it was dirty hasn’t been cleaned after that. They gave us a room that was that what we requested. The staff is not properly educated to speak to children not to be in a Jacuzzi that is supposed to be only for adults therefore, we’re not able to enjoy the Jacuzzi, which is what we were at this premises to begin with. they have children running up and down the halls at 3 o’clock in the morning we were trying to rest and no staff available to minimize that. The staff is rude. He don’t know how to speak to you when we told him the room is dirty never they gave an apologize. They just said you gotta choose another room, which is not what we paid for."

"Perfect location, hotel staff was really nice. We parked and walked everywhere. Just didnt like how the restaurant waiters provide different service to the hotel guests and not having minifridge on the room."

"I found 2 situations: first there are any glass of water for 2 persons per day as all hotels provided them. 2nd the courtain plastic at the bathroom fall down twice as it can be dangerous for children or elderly persons (the system is dangerous/insecure)"

"The restroom was dirty when we first got there, used and took a while to be cleaned. Pipe lines were not functioning, running water was dirty smelly and cold, room service terrible, one night they let us out and we got to come back to the front desk to reactivate the key and check the reason, really expensive for what they were offering. Pool was really cold. Not true with advertising. "
