"The hotel is in a perfect location, walking distance to the London Eye & Palace of Westminster. The hotel is huge & very clean. It also serves a very good breakfast & has 2 restaurants on site.
My only complaint is that the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. It was an inconvenience for us."
"This hotel is right in the middle of everything and is a good price for the location. It is clean and safe. There are few amenities, as to be expected. The only issue is that the hotel elevators are very small and very slow. I would request a lower floor and take the stairs, if you can."
"We celebrated my partner's birthday, we had a room overlooking the park which was breathtaking, the room was modern and clean, what you expect from a 5 star hotel. All the staff ww met were kind, polite and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Lots of choices for buffet breakfast, delicious food. Overall, the service was outstanding! While we were there we booked another weekend stay."
"The only thing I didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast. These machines didn’t produce good coffee in my humble opinion. Otherwise, great stay, reasonably priced and very good location."
