Excellent service! Beautiful hotel. Very noisy room. Lots of noises in garbage below all night and could hear walking over head and running water early in the morning from other rooms.

My original room was not accommodating to my medical issues. I asked to be transferred to a handicapped room and it was done in less than 4 hours. The staff was courteous and helpful...and understanding of my needs.

Disorganization at checkout of Enterprise rental car. Hotel transport great 24 hours- good since flight delayed 6 hours getting here and arrived after 2 am. My luggage was lost at airport arrival till 330 am!! Short first night sleep!!!
