"* Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

"This house is exactly as advertised. If you are looking for a quiet, spacious place in the country, this is it. The owners are very helpful and the beds are extremely comfortable. This is a country home, not an urban luxury residence. The disadvantage is LA traffic. It takes about an hour to get anywhere in LA."
