Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome!

The room is a repurposed office, so the shape is a little unusual having a full window as the wall facing the road. This is covered by a curtain. Wonderful property. Beautiful traditional Japanese home with a gorgeous estate featuring a koi pond. The best host in Japan!! If you are in this area, you should stay here!!! A much different experience than the city. Our favorite stop so far!
