"Although the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (at 3:30pm), the staff were very friendly & attentive to get the room ready. The area around the whole ‘resort’, which is a term that should not be associated with this establishment is absolutely terrible… Pool area has peeling astroturf, there is unusable old equipment in the communal areas, rubbish everywhere, unsafe in every public area with broken floorboards, ‘gym’ equipment, bbq and seating area. This ‘resort’ should not be given the name...

"Room was clean and tidy. We stayed 6 nights and only had 1 set of towels. Very disappointed in the games room, machines not working. Washers not working in the laundry. The jumping pillow was flat-a new one was installed on our last day. 2 pools but no heating. A small cafe would go a long way. Considering the price we paid for the 6 nights we felt quite disappointed that facilities weren’t up to other Ingenia holiday destinations."

"I stay here often and have never had an iasue. Comfy beds, clean rooms, good amenities and the hotel restaurant is awesome. Loads of specials for dinner and not wxpenaive, its part of the Star Liquor corp so very high standard."

"Rooms were clean but a/c struggled to keep up. WiFi was weak and only available near the reception building. Staff were friendly and helpful."
