"You get what you pay for usually but this time was a pleasant surprise as my stay at Sonesta was very nice! I have no complaints. Was it the cleanest place I've stayed? No, could use a deep clean, esp. between mattress and head board, vacuum behind/under tables, etc. But it's definitely not gross by any means. There is a musty smell in some parts of floor 3 and areas needing reno but they are remediating the issue. Before bringing my stuff into any hotel room, I check everywhere for bugs, or signs of bugs - I had 2 different rooms this week, both bug free. BLESSED. The beds are very comfortable as well & pillows are great. The front desk staff members have ALL been absolutely great, super friendly and helpful. Jodi especially deserves a shout out for assisting me with my booking mistake when she didn't have to whatsoever. Jodi went above & beyond to make sure my stay wasn't interrupted as I forgot to extend my stay & had to book a larger room for the remainder of the weekend. Instead of making me check out @ 11a & back in @ 3p she took care of me & for that, I THANK YOU Jodi! I'm sure any of the 3 other amazing team members would have done the same as they've all been great."

"It's your standard basic hotel with basic hotel amenities. The appearance is dated, which I actually liked, because it was like going back in time. Most importantly, everything was clean and worked. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who was cleaning the rooms. I recently stayed at a different (sleek new modern hotel) that had no towel racks anywhere in the bathroom, no microwave, no desk or chair, and no clock. I was genuinely happy to see that Best Western still has ALL of these things in the rooms. Including an actual bathtub. Also a very decent breakfast spread. I'd easily stay here again."
