"No elevator and we needed a first floor room because of knee surgeries. Staff kinda grumbled..lol.. but gave us a room on the first floor and we appreciate that. I know the building is not new but, renovations had it looking fresh. All in all the room was fine and the price was right!"

"Disaster from start to finish! Checked in around midnight with my dog and a family member's 2 dogs. I told the front desk clerk the 2 were leaving - their owner was meeting me to get them. While unloading my vehicle, the clerk and some man I'd never seen comes beating on my door saying I needed to come to the office. They then accused me of lying about the dogs - keep in mind I had JUST told them. When I turned to get my purse and room key to go to the office, there was a BUG crawling...

"I love the casino nice size I also loved the fact that it is a family oriented place, my kids was able to go and enjoy there self just as much as us, I loved kid quest and the pool the lazy river was amazing, and the food was good too I just wish there were more vegetarian items,"

"Lower your expectations, plumbing in the shower was loose, sidewalk entrance dirty, overall not the quality we expect from holiday inn express. The breakfast was good and the breakfast area was clean. Beware only hotel guests are allowed to swim and the staff has to give you access to the pool."
