"Reserved 2 rooms . Keys didn't work reliably. Floor was wet across the both rooms, rooms smelled wet stale. Attempted to ask about the floors Front desk had me on hold for 45 minutes and was not at the desk. Room had no soap or shampoo. Could not check out and go to another room or hotel if I wanted.
