Summary:
This newly renovated villa is located in a quiet and coastal residential area of Els Poblets. The villa has just been completely renovated. All rooms are on one floor. The house has a beautiful Mediterranean garden and a glazed porch to enjoy the views. The villa is equipped with everything you need to spend your stay both in winter and summer, has central heating, air conditioning, wood stove, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 televisions, WIFI, barbecue, outdoor shower and a private pool.
The minimum age for making reservations is 30 years old. The ID of the contract holder will be requested for verification on the day of check-in.
The Space:
Spacious terraces around the pool, pool 4 x 8 meters, outdoor shower h/c, wooden barbecue, LED lighting around the pool, winter garden with folding sliding elements, large garage, roof terrace, dishwasher, 4 air conditioners warm/cold (living room and in all 3 bedrooms), gas boiler heating, fireplace cassette in the living room, 2 showers, WIFI, new flat screen Samsung TV with WIFI, Netflix etc. .., new kitchen equipped with dishwasher, integrated safe, high quality lighting with integrated LED, central locking (only 1 key), the beds are: 1 doble-bed with one mattress of 1,35mx1,90m, a second doble-bed with one mattress of 1,60mx2,00m and a EXTRA LARGE BED with 2 sigle Mattress of 0,90mx2,20m.
Guest Access:
We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.
The Neighborhood:
Very nice quiet and sunny residential neighbourhood in the area of Barranquets just 600 metres from the sea. Good bus connection to Denia. Wonderful sandy beaches and nearby bars. Good access also for larger vehicles. Extensive shopping possibilities. Ideal for cycling lovers. Bicycle rental in the village. Only short distances to the next golf course. Guided hiking excursions in the surrounding mountains.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 17kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
Optional services:
- x1 bed linen and x2 towels extra (large and small towel) at 20€/person.
- x1 pool towel for 10 €/person.
- x1 high chair for 20€/baby
- x1 cot for 20€/baby
- Price for one dog: €50. For more than one dog, please inquire.
For direct bookings: The first payment, equal to 30% of the total amount (excluding optional extras), is due with the booking confirmation, the balance 30 days before arrival. This is because 30% of the first payment will be charged automatically, and the second payment will be scheduled to be charged to the same card 30 days before check-in.

If you do not receive the contract automatically, it is probably because you do not have an account in Spanish, English, French or German, so we will have to send you the contract manually during our working day.
