"Everything was very good"

"The stars are based of off my room experience! This hotel is absolutely disgusting. Our room was so filthy that I had to ask the front desk to send someone back to clean it. There was poop splattered all over the toilet, and hair was everywhere. In the bed, the shower, and the sink. It honestly made me wonder if the room had even been cleaned before we checked in. The pool was closed during our stay, and we were never notified ahead of time. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel...

"The room was extremely smelly and quite damp--the carpet felt wet. The property is in poor condition. The staff was wonderful though--very friendly and helpful."

"When we got to the hotel, we were only given two towels and two washcloths for four people. There was only a half a roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more towels, I was told there was enough for the room. I explained that there were four people staying in the room, but they did not provide anything additional. We were there a total of three days. When we left the morning after we arrived, we went for a hike. When we went back to the hotel to take a shower, we had no towels or washcloths....
