"Positives: nice kitchenette with full fridge stove and microwave. It’s very convenient if you need to stay many days. It’s close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast is included which is nice. Negatives: it’s an older hotel. Not modern and the bathrooms look a bit old too. Carpet is a bit used and you can’t get a king size bed "

"My biggest issue with staying at the hotel was the level of noise. I came here to rest after a long day. 10 minutes after I enter my room I heard constant screams from the hallway. I opened my door and saw a bunch of kids screaming their head off and running through the corridor. I called the front desk and asked to send someone to take care of the situation. It DID NOT HELP! The running and screaming persisted. I called again and the answer I got was "I talked to them. They are running races...". I didn't realize that I rented a room on a race track. My second issue, I booked the room well in advance and asked for the highest floor of the hotel. Then called again a couple of days before and made sure that the hotel has my request. When I registered, I got the 3rd floor rather than the 4th. I was told that "this is all we have". I said I requested it well in advance, but that was not honored. That, combined with the running and screaming made me very upset."
