"Clean, comfortable cabin. The living space is not huge but functional for a family of 4 for a few nights. Given the bathroom/ensuite don't have privacy locks it is more suitable for a family rather than group of friends."

"Check in was quick and easy. All parking is under cover (good on cold mornings or raining). Staff were extremely helpful (were to find decent meals). Room was clean and motel was located off the main highway (no truck noise)."

"My brother and I got my parents the Easter long weekend up here for their Christmas present and they just came home raving about how amazing it was. The room was well stocked, the staff were lovely, the views were beautiful (my dad described being able to see the moon rise as the sun set because they could see all the way to the horizon). My parents are very well travelled people, but my mum sent me a text telling me it was possibly the best place they’ve ever stayed. Thank you to the lovey team...

"The room was large, comfortable, fresh and quiet to say we were on the roadside. Graham was very friendly and helpful to guide us to where to visit in town. Big TV, everything else you need. Thanks so much would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is visiting Ararat."

"What a great pub, we were driving through all needed a bed for night. We paid under $70 for a large room and separate bathroom. Pub was quirky and the owner was very funny. I have to mention his updated garden of stuff."
