"Our first time to stay in a family cottage and we loved it so much. Beautiful location and lovely views. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was freshly made with high quality food. Will definitely stay here again if we visit York in the future."

"Spacious room , very clean , pleasant helpful front of house , quiet great nights sleep , 5-10 min walk to airport depending on how quick or slow you walk , plenty of car parking ( daily charge for parking) it's not a thousand pound a night hotel or a five pound a night b&b but a fair priced mid market value for money hotel"

"The car GPS wasn't very good but I managed to use the directions on my phone. The rooms are across the road from the actual hotel. The food was really tasty especially the Full English breakfast which was inclusive. The Accessible room was very comfortable& the wet room was great, just what I needed. Definitely recommend this place."
