"We stayed at this property for a full month and loved every moment. The check-in was smooth. The unit was clean and supplied with everything we needed. You can't beat the view from the balcony, and it's conveniently situated to the pool, fitness, pickle ball and beach access. The parking was the best spot in garage. Susan was very responsive. I would return again."

"The location is fantastic. Parking was easy, the beach and the pool were very nice and the balcony view is tough to beat. The unit itself is a little outdated. A little painting would do a lot of good and we were not able to lock the front door from outside the unit. All in all we had a great time and would not hesitate to come back."

"This property had a beautiful view, however needed many updates. When I got there the toilet wasn’t flushing and needed to be replaced which was done a day and a half after my check in. The vrbo description advertises sleeping accommodatioms for four people. When I tried to use the pull out couch springs were missing so couldnt use the bed. The internet kept going out so I had to continuously reset it. So obviously the modem needs to be replaced. The closet door in the bedroom was broken and wouldn’t close. They had used tape to help keep the door on the track which didnt work. There were nails in the wall with no pictures on them. The entire unit needs updating with fresh paint. Definitely not worth the money I paid for. I literally thought I was living in the slums instead of condo on the beach. On a positive note, the realtor was very responsive and helpful when I had a problem…I will actually be requesting some sort of refund from Vrbo. "

"Did not leave toilet paper or tissue. Ran out of both. Skimpy with towels. Left us with no washcloths after a daily maintenance. Did not clean bathroom for the 4 nights there. "

"We had to change rooms three times. First room was for one person, second room had a leaking ac unit which leaked over our clothes, luggage, and shoes. Rugs were damp and dirty. Barest minimum kitchen utensils which preventing cooking. Lights would come on during the night for no reason. This was by far the worst stay ever. "

"We loved our stay! Johnnie and Ryan have such a nice condo. Beautifully appointed, had all of the extras, e.g., beach chairs, floats, dishwasher pods, etc. We loved the beach, patio, and pool! Great trip!"

"We were suppose to be on the top floor the 4th floor as it's said on the paper! but we got the 3rd floor and people above us was noisy night and day!!the next day the Agence ask us to move to another apartment because the balcony was being repainted or not using the balcony during our stay. This was stressful! but we stayed anyway.The conforter in the bed was dirty, really dirty. It was cold and we could't use the conforter. It was disgusting!! We have been renting a lot with VRBO and it was a big disappointment!! for 500 a night!!! "
