  • Amazing sunsets will draw you into this cozy cabin high atop the mountain. With unobstructed views of the distant mountains, this view can be enjoyed year-round. Amazing Sunset Cabin is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom cabin with additional loft sleeping and sleeping on all three levels. Without the hustle and bustle of life surrounding you, the only sounds you will hear are the sounds of nature and the feelings of total relaxation. Come to the North Georgia Mountains and enjoy the Amazing Sunset cabin during its four uniquely different seasons and the views that come with each one.
    Conveniently located 15 minutes from Cartecay Vineyards and 13 minutes from Hillcrest Orchards. All that's missing is you!
    Amenities
    Amazing Sunset cabin is a cozy 2 bedroom (plus sleeping loft), 2 bathroom cabin that can accommodate up to four (4) guests and offers the following:
    King master bedroom on TERRACE level with 50" flat-screen TV and private bath with walk-in shower
    Full bedroom on MAIN level with a separate shared bath with tub/shower combo
    King bed in open loft on UPPER level (no bath on upper level)
    Cozy living room with rocked wood burning fireplace (only usable Oct 1 - April 1st) and gorgeous mountain views
    NO dishwasher
    Washer/Dryer on TERRACE level
    Gravel Roads
    Hot tub overlooking mountain vista
    WIFI
    STR Host License Number 003030

    All of our cabin rentals are fully furnished and include a minimum of the following unless otherwise stated in the listing:

    Fully equipped kitchen: Refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans. Linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-washcloth per person listed on guest list, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dustpan, mop, internet, and propane gas grill. In addition, we provide a complimentary start-up supply of Toilet Tissue (1 roll per bathroom), 1- roll paper towels, 4- kitchen garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent for at least 2 loads. Many of our cabins include more than this basic list of inventory items. The only items you'll need to bring will be food, beverages, and condiments.

Fantastic, awesome views, wonderful cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin, very nice, comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed fires everyday and night. We hiked the woods and sat on the porch enjoying the views, would love to come back

The cabin was everything I could have hoped for and so much more.

The cabin was everything I could have hoped for and so much more. We were worried about our home because of the hurricane dorian, but we felt like we were home in this cabin. Can't wait to go back. Hopefully it won't be from is running from a storm I have worked for vacation rentals company before, your company puts others to shame. I wish I worked for a company like blue sky, best guest service department, very impressed with the housekeeping.

Amazing Sunset is the perfect getaway to anyone craving a mountain retreat with little worries, lots of views, and an incredibly cozy and comfortable cabin. From the hot tub to the incredible back porch views, we had such a hard time leaving. We look forward to going back to Amazing Sunset. I had to call one time to ask about checking in and out of the cabin. I also asked about some of the attractions nearby and the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It made the whole experience very easy.

From the moment we arrived and saw the spectacular view to the nights we grilled to the time we spent playing foosball this was an amazing property that we cannot wait to turn to. If you have a small family you cannot go wrong with this property. We will definitely be back in the not too distant future. You are close to Elijah but also at the top of a mountain. Spectacular! Blue Sky Cabin is a five star organization and they made our stay easy and seamless.

We had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time. The directions to the cabin were very good as we arrived in the rain and after dark. The binder with suggested drives and hikes helped us more quickly get out and enjoy the area. The cabin was well equipped comfortable and had an amazing view. Service was prompt when there was a problem with the shower handle in one of the bathrooms. I would suggest that the main floor bedroom mattress be upgraded as we found it too uncomfortable to sleep on. Everything else was comfortable, festive and inviting. It is a lovely area and I look forward to a return trip perhaps in the spring as I couldn’t help notice the rhododendrons and mountain laurel everywhere. Thank you owners for sharing!

It probably warrants some warning about the difficulty in accessing the property. We were fortunate it wasn't raining so we could navigate the gravel road with a small front wheel drive vehicle. The sign on the road recommends a 4x4 vehicle. I understand the quick turnaround time for cleaning properties, but the later check-in time (4pm) AND earlier check-out time (10 am) are a little much. Perhaps one or the other, but not both. Overall the stay was wonderful and relaxing. I never had interaction with members of the team beyond the email with directions and key code.

When we first walked in we said we would be back.

When we first walked in we said we would be back. This was our first stay at this cabin and it won’t be our last. It was easy to find and close enough to town, had great views, helpful information on the area, and was truly fantastic. We took our dogs with us, and the walk in porch made it easy for my older lab to get in because there were no stairs to manage. Plus the gated porch gave me peace of mind that they could hang out with us outside. Overall it was a fantastic stay! I had little conversation with anyone but to me that just shows how well thought out everything you all do is. I didn’t need to ask a million questions. Everything was answered in the emails. Krissi is a major asset to the team as well. When we arrived, the cabin smelled fantastic and everything was so well cleaned! I’ve already called friends and told them about it as well as sent pictures. It was such a great spot! Easy to get to, not too far from Where I live.

The cabin was exactly as it was described on the website. Beautiful views, peaceful, plenty of space and amenities Everything was great. I called a couple of time to get recommendations on food and shopping and within just a few minutes I received an email with everything that I needed. The cabin was exactly as it was described on the website. Blue Sky makes the entire process very easy. Customer service is excellent

Great Mountain View, a few areas for improvement

Memorial Day get away for me, my fiancé and puppy to this cozy mountain home. Self checkin in process was easy and to the point however the instructions haven’t been updated in awhile. There is no gate to enter, simply drive up to the property. Great views of the mountains from the porch and a cute and cozy home. There were a lot of spider webs and old puke on the bed skirt in the master bedroom. Also, the lights outside at the hot tub didn’t work. Great property overall but a few items to address to get this space up to par. I would return so take this for what it’s worth as I would assume they will correct these slight opportunities for improvement.
