I needed a place to stay in the area to close on a house the next day. This property is older and it shows with wear & tear. Reviews were mixed so I took a chance. I'd recommend driving farther for better options.

A/C didn’t work too well.

Not a secure place to stay

Overall it’s a clean hotel however the location is not the best, my car got broke into, since there’s not enough parking on the front we had to park behind the building where’s hardly any lights, and it’s pitch black, also there’s people that live in the area that head behind there to fish late in the night, they should put more lights and get there security cameras fix ASAP

Price good, near places I needed to be. Rooms updated, mostly clean....found a press on nail in bed, could belong to maid. Fridge was loud, slept well, overall good stay.

The room was nice and clean. Even though I didn’t have my pet with me it is a pet friendly place and it was nice to see all the doggies. The free breakfast was nice and convenient. The staff was very nice and they even went out of their way to change our room from a fourth floor to a first floor room for per my mom’s request. So she had quick and easy access to outside since she smokes outside. Nice location with the bay view right behind the hotel. Close and easy access to stores and restaurants.

Good hotel to stay in Ellenton

Very friendly and attentive staff. I can highly recommend this hotel in Ellenton if you plan to visit the Gamble Plantation or the Premium Outlet Mall, both close by.

No remote

No remote in room for TV called down to front desk said she would work on it. 3 hours later going to dinner still no remote. Asked at front desk. The lady states housekeeping always checks for the remotes. Incinuating that I took it. She had a extra remote and got it to work. Shower is round and very slick. Almost fell. Sink had a 10 inch crack in it. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast ok. Eggs are nasty.

Great location. Clean, maybe too clean, as the room had a strong odor of bleach and there was no way to adequately ventilate the room. Staff tried hard to correct the problem but could not.

Okay experience overall

Hotel was nice and close to attractions we wanted to visit. Good service and clean. However, additional charges were added to our bill that were not explained and I was unable to get a printed receipt before leaving for the airport. Still working on resolving this.

It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning had enough variety to make it good. It was very conveniently located for our needs. I would stay again.
