"Had a lot of issues getting in. The electronic door lock didn’t work properly. The property manager had to have me rig it, then use his. Half the time his code worked and 1/2 mine did. The main complaint was it had a lot of gnats and wasn’t very clean. I’d give a lower rating, but the PM was responsive."

"I loved the text check in and out process. The code and apartment number were sent to me (early!) and I was able to text to check out. The building is amazing and in a great location and the coffee shop downstairs is really cute and has great food and coffee. We walked around the market on Sunday and also walked to Trader Joe’s, a bakery, a fabulous bbq spot (blue oak) and Dave and busters. "Communication was poor. Check-in information was kept secret until 15 minutes before check-in. We tried to shower upon arrival but couldn’t find towels. We eventually found a few in the dryer. We alerted owner that towels were limited (towels included and we didn’t want to be accused of stealing them). After several days, owner provided towels.
