"Good value and location"

"This was a great property. Conveniently located in downton Yardley. Everything was in working order. The only warning is that the heat/ temperature can vary greatly from room to room as it is an older property. The nights spent there were filled with game playing , dinners out and much needed family time. "

"We drove to the neighborhood where the apartment was located and instantly felt that the neighborhood was not safe and decided to leave. We did not even check into nor return to the apartment. I felt we did not get an accurate depiction of the neighborhood from the online description of the location of the apartment."

"The house was in a great location. The hosts were avaible whenever I had questions and even mades sure the sidewalk and steps were salted and sholved when a snow storm hit. We would definaetly stay here again when we return to the area!"

"Overall, the stay was great! You can tell the owners put a lot of effort into remodeling and updating the space. The unit itself was very clean and communication with the host was top notch. It was in close proximity to several really great restaurants! However, there were a few cons. The building itself is pretty old and dirty.
