"Recently remodeled. Great price for a very quiet room. Breakfast was good. Need coffee makers in the room."

"The young lady could not tell me if I had prepaid for the room or not, she was very nice and everything but she was having a hard time with the PC, also wasn't sure how to set up a wake up call for the morning I don't think its her fault maybe she was not properly trained and she was the ONLY ONE there "

"Riverbank Lodge was peaceful. It was great to have a bar and food right in the building. The rooms were great just could have used some hooks in the bathroom. Good stay."

"The staff weren't overly helpful or friendly. The pool was small- so the teens didn't want to go in when there were people there, and there was a weird smell in the halls. Also when you went into the room the AC wasn't on so the room felt and smelled damp. Breakfast was not good. Because we were in the week there wasn't any meat or protien. There was just a biscuit and waffles... But for us it was meant just as a quick stop over- do laundry ( which we ended up having to go somewhere...

"The room was what you would expect. Enough room for three adults; the washing machine & dryer were adequate. Parking area was a little small and the breakfast wasn’t worth the walk down to the office. The breakfast items weren’t replenished as they should have been so we ended up going to a restaurant for breakfast. We did get a late check out which was helpful because our flight out of Chicago was late at night."
