"After a 16½-hour drive of nearly 1,000 miles, I booked a room at approximately 8:50 p.m., expecting to arrive later that evening. Shortly after 9 pm, I received an email stating that I needed to notify the hotel before 9 pm if I would be arriving late, and that no check-ins would be accepted after 10p.m. The problem is that this policy was not clearly disclosed in the Expedia listing! "This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away."

"The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time."
