"We made a reservation through Expedia and when we reached the hotel, we were told that our room was given to customers who walked in without a reservation. It looked like they completely ignored the reservation made by us. On top of that we were not told about it when we checked in and we were simply given a room key to a smaller room than what we booked. We found that about it onky after we opened our room. It was very much frustrating stand with our kids, to see the front desk not showing...

"Clean room, convenient location, nice breakfast, great shower and friendly staff. A little outdated but zero complaints since it was clean. Highly recommend. Go check out Lost Island Theme Park, a hidden gem!"

"Bed linens were clean and new. Fan/light combo in bathroom was not working properly and made a loud noise every 10-15 seconds. Lamp with outlets for charging wasn’t working. Tv remote didn’t work and the remote didn’t have a battery cover. No cups near the sink. Breakfast was two cereal options or breakfast sandwiches. It was quiet"
