"Check-in was quick because I completed online check-in. Unfortunately the Guest Mobility pass wasn't sent to me but a 24 hour pass is under €5. The best part of the hotel is waking up to a mountain view in the morning. "

"All the rooms have amazing view facing the alps and the castle. We love watching sunrise and sunset from our room! Amazing location right next to bus terminal for all of our day trips. Supermarket inside the station is a plus, and it opened during holidays even when everything else was closed. Great location and great hotel! "

"This is a good place to stay for a vacation. It’s accessible to public and private transportation.It’s not as luxurious as 5 star hotel but it’s clean and the staffs are friendly. The elevator is not spacious for people with wheelchair. The place is not so convenient for wheelchair bound patient."
