This hotel is considered my family hotel because that's how they made me feel everytime I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff they are super super welcoming and I love them all. My 7th time at this hotel since 2025 and I continue to give this hotel a 5 star.

Staying at Jay's Guest House deep in the Blue Mountains was a great experience. It's an opportunity to get away from the typical tourist areas of Jamaica and have an authentic Jamaican experience. Jay has a wonderful family and they make you feel right at home. I would recommend the Blue Mountain peak sunrise hike and buying some of the best coffee I've ever had.

Concern was about the unknown person may show for breakfast in my case this did not happen. I was the only person that was in my room but the Expedia reservation automatic place for two petson. RafJam was awesome! The food was great, all natural, fresh, made to order. Relaxing atmosphere and I mean stress free! No problems or issues with anything. Breath-taking views, beautiful tours, excellent staff that was very helpful, down to earth, family-oriented people. I had such a great experience I didn't want to come back to America at all!
