Villa in the countryside for 8 people with private pool near the sea

Close to the sea, Santa Pola, as well as the city of Alicante and near the airport, you will find a very nice quiet villa with private pool 9 x 5 and a wonderful idyllic garden of 2600 m2 with palm trees and tropical plants.

This villa was completely renovated in 2011. Linens, furniture and pool - everything is like new.

We do our best to make our guests feel at home and spend a dream vacation.

In the summer our gardener comes twice a week for the maintenance of the pool and the care of the garden, in the low season once a week.

For stays of 15 days, we change sheets and towels weekly.

Wonderful villa stay

Villa is excellent! It is well equipped and nicely decorated, with stunning terrace and pool. Situated in private and spacious grounds in a rural location just 15 minutes from the airport. Car is a must. Perfect for our family break. The owner is very helpful, great comms.

Completely furnished and equipped villa, well maintained in a small residential zone in the countryside. Great walking and bicycling area. A short car or bicycle ride from shops and restaurants. Would recommend for family vacation!

Wonderful vacation house.

We have rented this property for the second time and are very pleased. It’s a spacious house with top facilities. The garden is also spacious and has a big pool. Everything is very clean and very well looked after.

Superb Villa in Excellent Location

Large modern well equipped villa in a very peaceful rural location, excellent size pool with steps. Villa is situated in secure gated grounds, easy access to local amenities and excellent beaches at Santa Pola but car is essential If more than four adults could do with another umbrella round the pool but fantastic overall Would definitely come again

The villa is much more beautiful than can be seen in the photos. The villa is really beautiful and the pool is fantastic. The scenery around the villa is amazing. Birgit and Merche were really nice and friendly. Hope to stay there again later this year.

Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the property to others. A car is essential but beaches/ restaurants and everything else you need is only 7/10 mins drive. Communication with the owner was frequent and easy. The pool and gardens are fantastic and the house is well equipped with very comfy beds!

A very high quality villa

Fantastic villa, very peaceful but close to amenities and the beach (car required). Set in large grounds with plenty of shade, if needed. Superbly appointed with a large, very clean pool. Great communication before and all the way through the stay. This was my second visit and will definitely be returning. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Long awaited family holiday

We met Merche on arrival, what a lovely welcome, the villa is amazing in a very secluded location. The villa had everything to make it a home from home, five adults didn't want to come home. We definitely needed a car and the local village has an amazing locals bar called Bar Indalecio, played cards there a few times with a cold drink. Amazing restaurants el balconet and humbaba in the same village , probably some of the best food we've ever had. The villas information book was also very helpful with supermarkets etc. The grounds are beautiful and the pool a very good size. Enjoyed a lot of outdoor dining utilizing the BBQ provided. Will definitely try and stay here again. A big thank you to Birgit one of the best holidays we've had!

We booked this beautiful villa to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary together and it was the best villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! The grounds, the pool, the accommodation - everything was 5*. It was spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated and furnished. It contains everything you need for a relaxing vacation in a perfect location. Great communication too. We love it so much we have rebooked and for longer!

Had a great time in a great house. It was only the 2 of us. If 8 people would live there the swimming pool could use a 2nd umbrella. Merche an Birgit are great people to communicate with. The environment feels very safe with the gate, walls and fences and the house is perfectly secured. Will definitely go back.

The most Relaxing holiday ever!

Beautiful Villa & Gardens - The pool was superb. Spent most days relaxing in the garden on sun loungers near the pool. Everything is well kept inside and out - really couldn't ask for better. Close to the Airport and instructions given were great, very easy to find. The local Dicost in Valverde has everything needed and there is no need to venture further if you are looking to self cater. Merche was very helpful and freindly, we communicated well using Whatsapp.
