"Excellent stay "

"The Spark hotel is conveniently located near Colorado Springs’ main attractions, but the room was disappointing. The temperature control system would either blow cold or hot air, seemingly at random. We had to set it to 83 degrees for it to stop blowing cold air, and then after a while it would blow cold air again. The bath towels were stained with makeup and the shower handle was broken so it took a lot of work to get it to turn on and off. The staff seemed reluctant to help before finally offering us a portable heater (which didn’t work) or a room change. "

"Very friendly staff, clean room, clean pool area, fresh popcorn and water in the lobby. The 5:30 kickback and complimentary food was awesome!"

"Was not a business trip but the hotel wifi was a little weak. Maybe it was a busy week but i had to use my cell phone's hotspot for my kid to use their comouter to watch a movie. "

"This hotel was very nice and clean. The only thing i can complain about is having to pay to park. It didn't say anything about that when i booked. Other than that everything was great! The Breakfast was the best i have had in a hotel. "

"We stayed in a nice room with a good view When I told the front desk someone was smoking a property they addressed it quickly although there was other people smoking on property wasn't able to report them Kind of felt like it needed some refresh though things were kind of a bit worn down looking elevator carpet hallway carpet and the bed Well it could use to be changed out at least in the next six months Overall it was good didn't eat at any of the restaurants Staff was friendly and helpful"

"Staff is kind. I stayed November ‘25 and came back April ‘26 because of the quality of the breakfast offered. On my return trip I did find they’d switched to a lot of frozen foods rather than fresh. It was still a good value for my trip but I was honestly looking forward to the amazing breakfasts I experienced months earlier!"
