"This is our second time staying at the Palm House Villa. We love the location of this villa. Sets high on the ocean cliff. A quiet, rural setting with unmatched views of the mountains and ocean. We saw at least 20 whales over several days. 6 of the whales were within 150 meters of the coastline. The house is clean and above average for the area. Our host communicated well when we had questions and was very gracious. "

"Overall complex property needs some work, but our unit was in good condition. Communication with the property manager/owner was excellent as was the support staff/cleaner.Unit was shy on towels (no dish cloth or drying cloth) and toilet paper (we bought our own) and there was a funky smell on and off in the unit. Pool area was nice , but shy on loungers which is not the responsibility of the unit owner, so get down early to hold a spot. Lots of restaurants in the area, shopping and...

"The apartment was very nice, but we only had air conditioning in one bedroom. The owner stated they were working; they never worked. We only stayed one night because the owner said that Expedia had made a mistake with the booking, and he moved us to a smaller, uncomfortable apartment with no air conditioner. The owner promised to refund us the next day, but he did not. Please do not go to this place; the owner is not responsible. He booked the apartment for someone else for more days and rushed...
