"We had a good stay overall. The staff was definitely the best part of the experience everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. The property itself was nice and relaxing, and the pools and beach areas were enjoyable. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness and upkeep could have been better in some areas, which is why I gave 4 stars overall. Food and drinks were decent with good variety. Overall, it was a nice vacation spot and we enjoyed our time there."

"The staff was excellent, especially one of the receptionist named "bienvenida". she was sweet, respectful and very courteous. So were the otherreceptionist. Overall the resort was nice, confortable and clean. The food did not have much variety, and lacked other restaurants, which were not open daily. But it was decent. Would stay again."

"Nickelodeon Punta Cana was an amazing time with my family. Not sure if the bad reviewers expectations were too high but this resort was solid. Our Rooms were spotless and cleaned properly daily. Staff was polite and helpful our entire stay. The food was pretty good especially the Dominican food at the buffet. Can’t expected 5 star food at a kids resort. The water park and HUGE pool area was great time! Nickelodeon characters were easy to find based on schedule provided. The entertainment shows were enjoyable for kids and adults. There’s even a lounge at night for adults and kids to hang out together or separately. There’s nothing bad I can say. Thank You Nickelodeon Punta Cana. I will recommend to all friends and family. It’s all about the kids enjoying an amazing stay at the end of the day!"

"Ocean water was muddy! Never told us ( caver emptor )! Casino was a joke! The Dealers cheat and the Pit boss didn’t even care!my wife caught the Bar tender pouring cheap liquor into Top shelf bottles ! Not going back to Punta Cana anytime soon!"
