"La Villa est parfaitement situĂ©e peut ĂȘtre pas Ă  30m mais 20m de la plage ! A mesurer :) La plage en face est propre, bien frĂ©quentĂ©e (familles) et pas surchargĂ©e. La terrasse de la Villa est trĂšs agrĂ©able, et vu qu'elle est Ă  1min de marche de la plage, on peut faire des allĂ©es retours pour boire un verre plusieurs fois par jours. C'est vrai qu'une petite rĂ©novation s'impose, ampoules, lampes Ă  remplacer, moustiquaires Ă  rĂ©parer ou remplacer, rajouter de la vaisselle etc...ca reste de petites...

"Service prior to our stay was excellent, Juame was most helpful. I felt the price of the accommodation was very expensive especially as it was out of season, indeed the same villa is now 500 euros less than we paid. We were disappointed with the size of the kitchen for the amount of guests and the lack of glasses e.g. wine glasses. "Wir waren 11 Personen, Familie mit Erwachsenen. Zum Check In muss man mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten in einen anderen Ort fahren. Wenn man dort nicht rechtzeitig zur Öffnung kommt, kann es Wartezeit geben, da nur ein Mitarbeiter. Von allen SchĂ€den gibt es Fotos. Im oberen Stockwerk hatten wir in jedem Badezimmer Probleme mit Toilette, ToilettenspĂŒlung und Duschen. 3 Tage hatten wir mit Handwerkern zu tun, was unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet hat. "The property was big and spacious it fit all of us and also provided everything you needed from kitchen laundry seating beds linens etc. cleanliness was okay but most linens were very dusty and there was an insect problem almost everywhere around the house. "We were welcomed friendly at the house, made a early check in possible. This was a great help.The house is outdated hasn't had proper maintance, beds are terrible. 2 rooms out of 4 have a airco.The living room was oke, couch has holes.Kitchen has everything you need, had a problem with the boiler,but this was very vast fixed. "The hotel is amazing. It is a perfect walking location to beach, shopping in the Rambla Nova, the pier, and historic district. Full disclosure, we live in the mountains so anything under a 1.5 mile is easy. The hotel accommodated our dates to stay after travel delays with no penalty, and they communicated thoroughly through email. Their parking garage is tight, but they have an agreed to lower price then advertised with parking garage right outside on Main Street which had ample parking spaces. It is a little more costly, but worth the easier parking. I would 100% stay here again and recommend everyone else does too. "
