"We stayed here for a 3 or 4 nights in October 2026. The location is good, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. The buffet was very limited with just your basics so if you are looking for a nice breakfast skip the buffet and head to a local restaurant for better choice."

"Bewertung des Hotels 1898 in Barcelona Das Frühstücksangebot war leider sehr dürftig und bot nur wenig Auswahl. Das Personal war nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wasserarmatur im Badezimmer defekt. Nachdem wir dies gemeldet hatten, wurde das Problem jedoch umgehend behoben."

"Only the rooftop"

"We recently stayed here (October. 8-10,2026) and it was very nice place to stay in Barcelona. We chose it after researching for a while. We wanted a convenient location to mass transit and the cruise port. Check! Very close to train stations s well as the port. especially Columbus square to get shuttle to the port. The bus station was a little farther but not too bad (but that's ok in Barcelona). We wanted a modern hotel with a breakfast on site for a reasonable price. Check! Excellent variety...

"Location was perfect, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious!! Highly recommend and next time we return to Barcelona we will definitely stay there again!"

"Excelente lugar y excelente ubicación recomiendo al máximo volveré"
