"Se percibe que el hotel ya tiene sus años. Al llegar al aeropuerto, identificamos a un colaborador con un rótulo de Barceló. Me acerqué y me indicó que no había servicio de traslado disponible y que debía buscar otra alternativa para llegar al hotel, ya que el servicio era exclusivo para otro pasajero. Lamentablemente, no hubo mayor amabilidad ni proactividad para ofrecer alguna alternativa o ayuda. Aparte de eso todo ok."

"El desayuno estuvo espectacular, ¡felicitaciones! Sin embargo, fue una pena que no cuenten con servicio al aeropuerto. El personal del front desk simplemente me indicó que, por ser domingo, debía ver por mi cuenta cómo llegar. Lamentablemente, no percibí intención de ayudar. La alfombra de la habitacion no es de un hotel 4-5 estrellas."
