"We booked a SPA hotel but Spa was not operational. The hotel did not inform us before arrival despite knowing about that for several days. When we asked at check-in the person at reception effectively said ‘it’s not our problem’ and was really quite rude and unwelcoming. That was a shame because it created a very poor impression and made us feel unwelcome when there was no need. Simple caring customer service could have handled it. Hats off to Expedia who helped to make amends. As for the hotel, it’s really very nice, but I think it cares more about itself than its customers "

"The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful. "

San Lucar is a pretty's town, a short drive or train ride from Seville. Antonio went above and beyond in answering our queries and giving us advice on our stay. "Booked here as I was working just down the road at the Monteblanco Circuit. Room was on the back so nice and quiet. Clean, comfy beds, plent of power points and great shower. 24 hour food so early breakfast not a problem as was a snack when I got back later. Excellent value for money if you want a no frills comfy accommodation for a few nights "
