"A two night stop over to undertake some business and catch up with some old friends.
The Hotel itself was a pleasure and very comfortable with welcoming staff.
To arrive by car, be wary of the narrow (occasionally very narrow) streets and you will need to park off site, about a 5-to-10-minute walk away, depending on how fit you are. Best to drop off any luggage first.

"Positives.
The apartment was well equipped (kitchen and bathrooms) and clean. There was parking available right outside and the check in instructions were clear and straightforward.
There were ample heating and cooling options.
Negatives
There was no ability to access the balcony, which was advertised in the pictures and would have been a nice social space as there was no lounge area inside.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and hindered a decent night's sleep.
The lack of power points near the beds meant the bedside lamps didn't work and also not ideal for charging devices etc.
The worst element for us was the building noise next door. While I appreciate this was not the fault of the Hostal, the apartment was uninhabitable from 8.30am for the majority of the day and some advanced notice (clearly the works had been going on a while) would have been appreciated as we could have made other plans."
VILLA JORGE / PRIVATE HEATED POOL / JACUZZI / BBK. EXT / GAME ROOM
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most enjoyable stay as a family of six (3 children and a toddler). We checked in late but Juan was more than happy to welcome us and show us around this stunning villa. Juan even recommended restaurants and supermarkets that would be open over the Easter period. We paid for pool heat and my kids had a fantastic time using the pool daily. The aircon was brilliant for cooling and heating. The WiFi was very good.I was able to wash and dry clothes in the laundry room and my pools loved played pool down in the games room.I was in love with the huge kitchen stocked with many great appliances, everything all clean and the dishwasher was greatly appreciated. The kitchen has a huge fridge and freezer. We stocked up at Lidl and Carrefour.Really recommend this villa and Juan was an amazing host, extremely helpful and we will definitely be back. Thank so much!"
"The very personal touch from the owner, who made breakfast (crepes!) was very nice. Our room for three was very spacious, clean and comfortable. He was v helpful and friendly which we appreciated. "
"If you're looking for an authentic Andalusian experience with boutique comfort, Hostal Boutique Tolox Sierra Nieves absolutely delivers.
From the moment you arrive, the hospitality stands out. The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, offering local tips and genuine warmth that makes the stay feel personal rather than transactional.
The rooms are beautifully designed—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and blending modern comfort with traditional Spanish charm. The beds are comfortable, the showers are excellent, and everything feels carefully curated.
The location is perfect, right in the peaceful village of Tolox, nestled within the stunning Sierra de las Nieves Natural Park. It’s an ideal base for hiking, exploring the mountains, or simply unwinding in a quiet, scenic setting.
One of the highlights is the atmosphere—calm, relaxing, and intimate. Whether you're coming back from a long hike or just enjoying a slow morning, it’s the kind of place that helps you truly disconnect.
Highlights:
Exceptional host hospitality
Stylish, clean, and comfortable rooms
Perfect location for hiking and nature
Peaceful, authentic village setting
Bottom line:
A hidden gem in southern Spain. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."
"The Hostal was very easy to find, very friendly staff and helpful, room was good, clean! The hostal is located on main drive, and it is veryyyyy noisy on a Saturday night with motorbikes, people out and about"
