"The room was exactly what we needed, nice and cool with comfortable beds. The staff was AMAZING. Very kind, they created a wonderful experience. The breakfast and dinner buffets were affordable and delicious! Would stay here again."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly, great location, although I didn't realise it was the German area of Palma. The safety box key 16 euros very expensive. Our room was great apart from a leak in the bathroom ceiling."
