"The hotel is in a good location for beach and shop, but that's where the good bit ends. The hotel is dated and needs a massive investment to uplift. Choice of food in restaurants limited. No restaurants in walking distance. Booked a 2 week stay but 1 week would have been enough. Only 2 very small lifts so when hotel busy had to wait ages for empty lift. The room a double juniorvwas large with 2 balconies but again dated and needs a uplift. All in all was a OK stay but probably would not return."

"A very basic hotel that could be so much better. Everything looked tired in this property…the furniture, the walls and floors, even the staff. Lacked basics like wash clothes, coffee for coffeemaker, hair dryer, king beds had two measly little pillows. Great location in the center of town and spectacular views over the harbor."

"The property looks and feels outdated and poorly maintained. We paid more expecting a true 5-star resort experience, but in reality, it did not even meet the standards of a 3-star property. There were numerous issues throughout our stay, including mold and dirt in the shower, an uncomfortable bed and pillows, and a blanket that appeared dirty. Overall, the resort was very disappointing and did not provide the quality, comfort, or value that was advertised. I would not recommend it, as it was...
