"Very large, light room with sink, comfy bed, table and chairs and a TV.
Downstairs there is a bar and a takeaway food hatch which was really good.
There are buses into town not too far away or you could walk within half an hour.
The only thing I didn't like was the shared bathroom although we were right next door to it which was better. As a woman I was a bit cautious. It does say private or shared when booking but I couldn't see any options to specify a preference.
A kettle in the room would be a great addition but all in all it was a comfortable stay."
"Reception was again a delightful experience. The room was very clean and tidy with a bath. Staff were very pleasant, especially in the bar area. Breakfast was, and as always, a great experience. Plenty on offer to drink and eat in a buffet-style basis. I also liked the preparation and cooking of an omelette whilst I watched and waited. I was especially grateful for the assistance in obtaining a slave-start for my car (I had heavy duty jump leads with me, thankfully) because I had left my lights on overnight - there was heavy rain and thunder earlier. In summary, another delightful experience and very highly recommended."
"It got off to a shaky start with my room not having a working safe, working tv, or working phone. Although the phone turned out to be because the whole phone system in the hotel was being upgraded. But I got hold of reception via the hotel whatsapp which was good and they sent up an engineer. They fixed the safe but couldn't fix the TV so they moved me to a new room and the rest of the stay was excellent. I really appreciated their help in trying to put things right. I think parts of the hotel look a bit tired like the ceiling in the pool room. Otherwise it was a really nice stay thanks"
"This is a beautiful hotel located next to a park. The front desk staff were excellent in sorting out an automated parking machine problem that could have been very inconvenient and resulted in an expensive parking fine. The food is excellent."
"Convenient location within the airport terminal, easy connection to Eindhoven bus and train station and city center. Windows unfortunately can’t be open but room is sound proof. Staff very strict regarding early arrivals - it is 14:00 checkin and you will likely get comments and dissaproval if you arrive even a minute earlier."
