"We had a great short stay. The room was small but clean. The room was very hot which is not ideal for sleeping, they did however keep the common room cool. They host was very responsive and responded quickly to answer any questions. We did enjoy our stay"

"The appartment was too small for three people. Elevator was not working, nobody came to fix it. There was no explanation about how the elevator worked, and there was no explanation abot the place we had to put the rubbish when leaving. It would have been nice to have air conditioner, because weather was hot."

"Ideal location for walking to and from train station. (With luggage we used Uber). We did walk to bridge to Old Town. It’s very safe and easy to navigate around the city! We walked to great neighborhood restaurant. Onkel Salamat- Jenn was our server- very helpful and great food! We loved the private Sauna and steam shower for jet lag recovery! Corsin, our host was very helpful in every way."

"Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt vollkommen ausreichend und erfüllt ihren Zweck. Man hat alles, was man zum Übernachten und „drinnen wohnen“ für die Zeit braucht. Nach der Reparatur hat auch die Heizung funktioniert. Es sind genügend Zimmer vorhanden, die Fotos entsprechen der Realität – genau das kann man auch erwarten. Die Küche ist passend ausgestattet, Balkone sind vorhanden und nutzbar, Wasser und Dusche haben zuverlässig funktioniert. Luxus oder besondere Extras sollte man hier allerdings...

"El departamento estaba ok. La cocina era chica (en las fotos es medio confuso saber cual te toca); el baño y la ducha estaban ok y limpias. Ahuyenta mucho que tengan los tachos de basura repletos y olorientos en la entrada del edificio... pero el departamento en sí esta ok, y el chico que nos atendió fue sumamente atento y resolutivo."

"We absolutely loved everything about this apartment. The location is extremely convenient and the city views from inside the apartment (especially the view of the church) was beautiful. A lot of space for our family to stretch out , we traveled with two teenage girls and it was nice for them to each have their own bedroom. The rooftop patio was our favorite feature as you enjoy panoramic views of Lucerne. Hands down the best experience. Highly recommend. Communication with the host was...
