"Wow! This resort is the best I have ever visited. Very very neat and the staff are so friendly. The facility is well organized and they treat everyone kindly and respectfully. I was there for my sister's 50th Birthday and the resort also planned a surprise party in the evening to celebrate her. The buffet is excellent, the Taxi Service is amazing. I would return again for vacation. Thank you. Wonderful Resort. I recommend aas the best resort to visit."

"The property was very clean, staff friendly, food was fair and the venue was nice. Honestly everything was very nice. The only bad things I have to say is that the shower were hard to use, the water pressure is insanely high and temperature is hard to gauge. Also the fact that there's only Internet included in the lobby, room Internet is extra was a bit of a surprise. Other than these minor points, everything is great!"

"The friendly staff, service, cleanliness and food at the Four Season's in Sharm El Sheikh was excellent. Although they have golf carts to drive you anywhere you want to go in the resort, i don't recommend it for handicapped tourists. Otherwise it's an excellent resort, well kept, great service, beautiful gardens and amazing beach and sea"

"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

First of all, a very special thank you to Emad, who helped organise the excursions and recommended some fantastic trips. Emad is an amazing person — extremely polite, friendly, professional and helpful. His recommendations made the holiday even more enjoyable and truly unforgettable. I genuinely appreciate his kindness and all the effort he put into making the experience so special. I would also like to express my appreciation to all the hotel staff. They were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, respectful, friendly and willing to help. Without a doubt, some of the best hotel staff I have ever dealt with. Their hospitality and professionalism were exceptional. Another very special thank you goes to Mustafa, one of the waiters in the restaurant. He is an amazing person — incredibly kind, polite, attentive, lovely and always happy to help. His positive attitude and excellent service made every dining experience even more enjoyable. Honestly, the entire team deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. A massive thank you to Emad, Mustafa and all the wonderful staff at Stella Di Mare for making the holiday such a memorable experience.
