"I like the area, it's quiet. I didn't have any issue with my overall stay except only 1 burner on the stove did not work and she couldn't get it fixed until Monday. Not really bad as we only stayed 1 night but was hoping to cook my meals while there. There was a couple things that I did not like aside from stove issue, the door code was a hassle to work. I had issues getting it to turn on. But my biggest issue was the windows. There seemed to be no privacy. The curtains were not fully covering the windows but more so the issue is that it's easy to see inside the home with the curtains that's up, even in the bathroom that was very uncomfortable. Other than that it was a simple stay. I would stay there again if the stove isn't an issue but the curtains are different."

"The lobby was nice and the staff was great - other than one desk employee not following through with making sure our room was cleaned when I asked for it to be. We had the unfortunate luck of a dirty bathroom (I'm talking urine on the walls and toilet) and a door that wouldn't deadbolt (my mother was extremely concerned) and couldn't get anyone to take care of it. One person said it would be taken care of the first night (well, the next morning - we were too wiped out to wait for anything when we finally got in that night) and after the room wasn't serviced or bathroom cleaned the next day (after 4:30pm), I asked again but housekeeping had left for the day...the desk agent said he'd take care of it and he did replace the towels and clean up some of the urine, but still.....quite the disappointment since this is always where we stay in Eunice and where I recommend friends and relatives to stay when they go...guess I'll need some new alternatives..."
