"It’s a family hotel. The front desk clerk took forever checking out done youths that were purchasing some drinks. The room smelled stale. It looked clean but didn’t feel clean like other hotels I’ve stayed in. The bathroom curtain had mold stains on it which it’s ridiculous and unhygienic."

"A/C issues while we were there, but the rooms were fine and unaffected. Only the halls were hot and they had fans on. We did not receive room service such as cleaning rooms and restocking of towels; I even asked for this. I spent some time at the pool. The pump was not on, the pool was cloudy, and was not well cleaned. However, the staff that day was great!"
