"The hotel was surprisingly lovely. The aroma and the hallway in lobby is pleasant. The staff was pleasant. The room was nice and clean and the only reason why I couldn’t give all five stars is because of the sound. You can hear folks in the hallway and in the room next-door. The door does not touch the floor, and there is a small gap from the door to the hallway."

After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement.
