● There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is paid on-street parking nearby from Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.

Guests will need to collect the keys from a KeyNest located at Costcutter at 9-11 Frederick Street, Edinburgh EH2 2EY, which is a short 3-minute walk from the property. Their working hours are as follows:

Sun: 07:00 - 00:00

Some of the most popular sights are within walking distance from the property, such as the three famous galleries—Scottish National Gallery, Scottish Gallery of Modern Art, and National Portrait Gallery—so make sure to set aside enough time to explore each one.
Getting Around:
There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is on-street paid parking nearby from Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and on Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times. Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times.
Edinburgh Lothian Bus Service provides links all over the city.
The nearest bus stop to the property is called George Street (Stop GG), and it is a short 1-minute walk.
A 4-minute walk will take you to the nearest tram station, Princes Street.

∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. We inspect the property after you check out; if there is no damage, we refund the deposit within 2 days via bank transfer.
*Please note that you may experience some disruption due to urgent masonry repairs to a neighbouring building. We would like you to know that there is no issue with the building you booked your stay in. However, you may notice scaffolding and workers at the back of the neighbouring building. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Please note the property is equipped with a noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring device.
⚡ In light of the current situation, we kindly ask our guests to consume electricity and gas mindfully. Please note we will add an additional charge for excessive energy usage.
